These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in the Solayao Group Innovative Mentorship Program (“Program”). By submitting the application form and checking “I agree,” you confirm you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.

1) Program Purpose

The Program provides guidance, practice tasks, and career preparation to help Virtual Professionals become job-ready (e.g., bookkeeping/QBO basics, admin skills, interview readiness). It is an educational/mentorship service—not employment.

2) No Guarantee of Employment or Income

We provide mentorship, coaching, and placement support. We do not guarantee employment, client placement, income, or specific results. Hiring decisions are always made by third-party clients.

3) Eligibility & Conduct

You must be 18+ and able to lawfully work with international clients.

You agree to be professional, punctual, respectful, and to complete assigned work.

We may remove participants who violate these standards or disrupt the experience for others.

4) Fees, Refunds, and Transfers

All fees are due as stated at checkout or in your invoice.

Non-Refundable. All payments are final once Paid. No refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, internet/computer issues, or scheduling conflicts.

Transferable.

A paid seat may be transferred one time either:
a) to the next available cohort (reschedule), or
b) to another person you nominate,
provided you email [email protected] at least 3 business days before your scheduled start.

Additional cohort price increases may apply. No cash value.

5) Schedules, Rescheduling & Attendance

We publish schedules in advance and may adjust dates/times with notice. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working microphone/camera, and software access (e.g., QBO trials where needed).

6) Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All Program content (documents, videos, templates, exercises) is our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning. Do not share, sell, repost, or redistribute without written permission.

7) Confidentiality

You may encounter sample data, client information, or internal processes. You agree to keep all such information confidential and use it only for Program activities.

8) Testimonials, Portfolio & Recording

With your permission, we may reference anonymized success metrics or testimonials. Live sessions may be recorded for training/quality. If you do not wish to appear, notify us in writing before the session.

9) Technology & Third-Party Tools

We may recommend or require third-party tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Loom). Any third-party terms, fees, and privacy practices are between you and that provider.

10) Payment Plans & Late/Failed Payments (if applicable)

If on a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until paid in full. Late or failed payments may suspend access. Balances remain owed.

11) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Program provides educational information and general guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

12) Privacy & Communications

By enrolling, you consent to our collection and processing of your information for Program delivery and placement support, and to receive Program-related communications. We respect applicable privacy laws and will not sell your data.

13) Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these Terms or misconduct. Termination does not create refund rights (see Non-Refundable policy).

14) Changes

We may update these Terms or Program details to improve quality or reflect operational needs. We will post the “Effective date” above when updated.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines (without regard to conflicts of law). Disputes will be handled in the courts of the Philippines unless mutually agreed otherwise.
