The story of Solayao Group Innovative began during a time of uncertainty. After being laid off, I didn’t rush to apply for another job — I knew my skills and experience, especially in finance, would always open doors. But then I asked myself a deeper question:
What if I weren’t this exposed or experienced? What if I were someone just starting out — how hard would it be to find an opportunity?
That thought changed everything.
I started a mentorship program to help aspiring Virtual Professionals work from home, earn a steady income, and provide for their families and personal goals. What began as a small effort to guide others grew into a bigger purpose — to build an agency that not only mentors but also connects Virtual Professionals to real, meaningful jobs.
That’s how Solayao Group Innovative was born — from a simple “what if” to a community that empowers others to succeed.
The rest, as they say, is a fruitful history in the making.

You can apply directly through our website’s “Check Our Hiring” page. Simply fill out the form, upload your résumé, and our recruitment team will contact you for screening and an interview.
You don't need any prior experience. We welcome both beginners and experienced professionals. If you’re new, we’ll guide you through training to build the skills you need to succeed.
We offer training programs in communication, project management, social media, bookkeeping, and other virtual assistant skills to help you become client-ready and confident.
Not immediately. Once you complete screening and, if needed, a training, we’ll match you with clients based on your strengths, skills, and preferred niche.
All positions are 100% remote. You’ll be working from home, with flexible or fixed schedules depending on your assigned client.
You’ll need a reliable computer or laptop, a stable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace. We’ll train you on tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.
We offer hourly and fixed-rate pay depending on your level and client agreement. Payments are made on time through a secure channel in our Local Business Bank
